Devant le tribunal de l'entreprise de Tournai, un agriculteur wallon et trois ONG demanderont réparation à TotalÉnergies pour son rôle dans le dérèglement climatique.
Le procès intenté par l’agriculteur Hugues Falys à TotalEnergies pour sa responsabilité dans le dérèglement climatique débute ce mercredi 19 novembre devant le tribunal de l’entreprise de Tournai. Cet agriculteur de Bois-de-Lessines avait déposé plainte en mars 2024. Il a rapidement été rejoint dans son combat baptisé "The Farmer Case" par trois ONG : FIAN, Greenpeace et la Ligue des droits humains.
