Vandaag bespreekt de Vlaamse regering het Vlaams Klimaatplan, inclusief het Sociaal Klimaatfonds. Dat fonds moet de factuur van de komende koolstoftaks voor woningen en transport verlichten. Niemand weet hoe groot die factuur zal zijn. De discussie over wie er op welke manier van tegenmaatregelen kan genieten loopt nog. Onzekerheid lijkt troef bij alle EU-lidstaten, maar België maakt het wel erg bont.
