The IPBES #PandemicsReport is one of the most scientifically robust examinations of the evidence and knowledge about links between pandemic risk and nature since the COVID-19 pandemic began - with 22 of the world's leading experts from fields as diverse as epidemiology, zoology, public health, disease ecology, comparative pathology, veterinary medicine, pharmacology, wildlife health, mathematical modelling, economics, law, and public policy as authors of the report. The expertise of the 22 authors was further augmented by contributions and knowledge resources from the Convention on Biological Diversity, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species, the United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification, and the World Health Organization - as well as a peer review process.

The Working Group III report provides an updated global assessment of climate change mitigation progress and pledges, and examines the sources of global emissions. It explains developments in emission reduction and mitigation efforts, assessing the impact of national climate pledges in relation to long-term emissions goals.

The IPCC has finalized the second part of the Sixth Assessment Report, Climate Change 2022: Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability, the Working Group II contribution to the Sixth Assessment Report. The Working Group II contribution to the IPCC Sixth Assessment Report assesses the impacts of climate change, looking at ecosystems, biodiversity, and human communities at global and regional levels. It also reviews vulnerabilities and the capacities and limits of the natural world and human societies to adapt to climate change.

Les coopératives d'énergie renouvelable ne cessent de se multiplier en Belgique, comptant toujours davantage de membres. Maxime Lebrun a voulu savoir si ces coopératives sont de nature à corriger les défauts des structures classiques de production d'énergie renouvelable (position dominante de quelques firmes, manque de confiance du consommateur, informations peu disponibles, etc.). Il a d'abord dressé un inventaire des valeurs et principes des coopératives en question. Il a ensuite donné un aperçu des différentes coopératives présentes en Belgique. L'originalité de son approche est d'avoir questionné ces structures sous un regard économique pluriel, tout en utilisant également l'apport des sciences sociales. Son travail révèle l'importance du capital social (confiance des coopérateurs, sentiment d'appartenance à une communauté et engagement dans l'action collective) dans l'adoption et l'acceptabilité des énergies renouvelables.
